Describe your raiding experience in progression mode. What content have you raided as progression, which first kills were you there for? I've been in two progression guilds thus far. Obsolete during ToC progression and IRON for ICC, both of which were raided progressionally. I have no server firsts to my name, although I was there for our servers (Kil'jaeden) second ICC10 LK down as well was server second ToGC25 Insanity
What is a progression raid in your understanding? A progression raid is a raid that always has the potential to be filled with more than the average number of wipes as well as staying later than the normally scheduled time. It's also coming prepared for such a raid with all the extra consumable such as extra flasks/pots. If applicable, it's also coming to an encounter already knowing as much about it as possible. For example, the week of each new wing released for ICC, the hours (and in some cases days) before hand were spent studying PTR fights and strats and videos.

Reasons for leaving previous guilds?
Bring the Ruckus - Guild leader stopped playing, guild broke up.
Obsolete - Guild leader was VERY verbally abusive, most times with no reason at all
IRON - Very well progressed guild but they are based on the West Coast and west coast times. Raiding as late as they were was too much for me and my EST times.
Smiles for Miles - A guild I came to after IRON in the hopes of a more timely guild. They promised many things that they ended up not being able to make good on in an effort to bring me over there.

Discuss your gem choices, why are you gemming the way you do? Gemming for Agility is currently the best choice for my gear until getting the Deathbringer's Will trinket, at which time they would all switch to ArP gems. There is one hit gem that was just replaced (Depending on the time you view the armory, at the time of posting it wasn't updated) That is now a Deadly Ametrine.
Describe your role in a 25 man instance, possibly one you played during fights listed under raiding experience. Be detailed, let us know how you play your class and why. - I pew pew my bow at things. Really, hunters are ideally high dps turrets, but it seems we don't get to do that often enough these days. For example, on Saurfang we drop traps for adds/DPS adds/Pulls adds off of melee. Blood Prince Council we usually are forced to send a pet on an orb and perhaps juggle another while DPSing. Other than that, obviously Misdirect is always a wonderful thing as well as the high DPS a non-hybrid class can bring.

Your average FPS (Frames per Second) during boss enconuters? What is the worst fight for you, and how low does your FPS drop during that fight? ~20
Make up a question, and answer it. Q:What is your current favorite encounter and why? A: Even though I have yet to attempt it on 25man, 10man Heroic Lady Deathwhisper is easily one of my favorite encounters. IMHO, it's exactly how a fight should be simply because it has a lot of everything and isn't really RNG, just requires you and your entire raid to pay attention to everything that is going on.
Why are you applying to Rush, why should we be interested in recruiting you? I am applying to rush because your raid times suite my needs better than any other guild I've seen/applied to so far and your progression is right on par with what I have been looking for. Why should you recruit me? I like to raid....Raiding is one of the few things that make this game fun and exciting for me, especially if there is still content to still consider progression. I'm good at what I do and bring the raid awareness and numbers to back up what I do
